    • Motivation in action, norming, organizational mental health, DEI in an operational way

  6. Communication and feedback

    • Difficult conversations, SBI feedback, effective 1:1s, short but productive meetings

  7. Coaching and talent development

    • GROW framework, career paths, succession planning

  8. Change, crisis and agility

    • Cutter model, conflict management (Thomas–Kilmann), risk and scenario writing


Sample Session (3 hours): “Transparent Decision Making with RACI/RAPID”

  • Warm-up (10 minutes): Write down a recent decision that was slow or unclear.

  • Mini-lesson (30 minutes): What is RACI/RAPID + common mistakes (Owner ≠ Doer, forced consensus).

  • Workshop (60 minutes): Stakeholder mapping, RACI drawing for your company’s real project.

  • Exercise (30 minutes): Simulate a decision meeting—Recommend, Agree, Perform, Input, Decide roles.

  • Reflection (20 minutes): Checklist for faster decisions.

  • Assignment (30 minutes): Transfer a real decision to the RAPID model and present the results.
